AI governance & security
This page states how we engineer AI systems to be accountable, and what independent certification we do and don't hold.
What we build in by default
Bounded authority by default
Every agent we build has an explicit, enforced boundary on what it may decide alone versus what requires approval.
Human-in-the-loop where it matters
Approval gates and confidence thresholds are architectural decisions made with you, not a feature added after the fact.
Data protection as a design constraint
Residency, retention, redaction and access control are decided before the first model call leaves your network — not reviewed afterwards.
Evaluation is part of the definition of done
Every AI system ships with a golden dataset and regression tests. If quality cannot be measured, we do not consider the work finished.
Full observability
Every agent decision and tool call is traced, so a wrong answer can be explained rather than guessed at.
Fallback and degradation, always
Every integration has a defined behaviour for when a model is unavailable, slow, or unsure — the process must still complete.
What's independently certified, and what isn't
Held
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Independently certified information security management system.
Held
ISO 9001:2015
Independently certified quality management system.
We do not hold SOC 2 or CMMI certification at this time. If your engagement requires a specific compliance framework beyond the two above, tell us early — we will either confirm we can meet it or tell you honestly that we cannot yet.
Have specific governance requirements?
Bring your data residency, regulatory or audit requirements to the first conversation. It changes the architecture, not just the paperwork.
