AI & Agentic AI

Generative AI built on your content, not the open internet

Drafting, summarising, extracting, translating and generating — grounded in your own systems so the output is usable rather than merely plausible.

Illustration of a brain drawn as circuit traces around a glowing processor

Generative models are extraordinary at producing fluent text and poor at knowing when they are wrong. Every enterprise generative AI system we build therefore has two halves: the generation, and the machinery that keeps it honest — retrieval, constraints, validation, and human review where the stakes justify it.

We work across hosted models and open-weight models deployed inside your own boundary, and we are deliberately unopinionated about which. The choice follows your data residency, latency, cost and control requirements, not a vendor relationship.

Every build ships with an evaluation set. If we cannot measure whether the system is getting better, we do not consider it finished.

What you get

  • Output grounded in verifiable internal sources
  • Measurable quality via an evaluation suite rather than anecdote
  • A clear cost-per-task model before scale-up

What's included

Grounded generation
Retrieval over your own documents and systems so output cites something real. See Enterprise RAG for the retrieval layer itself.
Structured extraction
Turning unstructured documents, emails and transcripts into validated, schema-conformant data your systems can consume.
Summarisation and drafting
Case summaries, handover notes, reports, responses and first drafts — in your format, with your terminology.
Prompt and context engineering
Versioned, tested prompts and context assembly treated as engineering artefacts, not strings pasted into a text box.
Evaluation and guardrails
Golden datasets, regression tests on model or prompt change, output validation, refusal behaviour, and PII handling.
Fine-tuning and adaptation
Where retrieval is genuinely insufficient, adaptation of open-weight models on your domain data.
Where this applies
  • Teams spend hours writing documents that follow a predictable structure
  • Information exists but only as prose, and downstream systems need fields
  • Responses to customers or regulators must be consistent in tone and content
  • A hosted model is not permissible and the workload must stay inside your network
