We assess what exists, say plainly what is working and what is not, and produce a roadmap sized to be actually funded — not a slide deck of ambition with no sequencing. Where the right answer is 'don't build this, buy it' or 'don't touch this system at all,' we say that too.

This engagement is deliberately separate from delivery. An assessment that recommends the assessor's own build work has an obvious conflict in it; we scope this work to be useful whether or not you engage us for what comes next.
